Basia, pronounced "Basha", is a South Jersey/Philadelphia native, Realtor, and Real Estate Investor serving Philadelphia and Southern NJ. With her local knowledge and investing experience, Basia understands the market, the economics of buying and selling a home and how to leverage all available tools to get the best results for her clients. She is strategic, passionate, goal and detail oriented and will go the extra mile to help you sell or buy your home.

Basia immigrated to the United States from Poland when she was seven years old. She grew up in West Berlin, NJ and Cherry Hill, NJ before moving to NYC to study at New York University. A graduate of Rutgers University (BA) and NYU (MS), Basia lived, studied and worked in NYC for 7 years before returning to the Philadelphia/South Jersey area in 2016 to pursue her lifelong passion for real estate. Basia loves reading, hiking, wine, cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She is a member of NEXUS, NAR, GPAR, SJREIA and speaks fluent Polish. Basia currently resides in South Philly with her husband and mini labradoodle.
